1. Mold structure: Water cooling, Vacuum shaping.
2.Material: High quality 3Cr17 stainless steel. Extrusion die material: 3Cr17 , hardness HRC26-28, special part hardening treatment. Some parts have undergone quenching and tempering treatment. Material of the Calibrator: 3Cr17 with a hardness of HRC26-28, and special parts hardened.
3. Configuration : One Extrusion die + 3*300 calibration + 2000mm stainless water tank or more once necessary.
4. Cavity: Individual or Multiple cavity.
5. Surface treatment: mirror polishing.
